Yes. Office moves are scheduled for evenings or weekends so your team isn't disrupted. Tell us when you need to be up and running, and check whether your building restricts weekend moves, and we'll plan the move around both.
How do you handle IT and server equipment?
Computers, monitors and server equipment are packed separately from furniture, and every item is labelled to its desk or rack at the new office. We recommend your IT team or provider backs up data and handles disconnecting and reconnecting systems; we'll work to their schedule on moving day.
How do you price an office move?
Every office move is quoted individually, because the price depends on the job. The main factors are the number of workstations, the amount of IT equipment, files and furniture, the distance between the two offices, whether you want us to do the packing, and access at both buildings: floors, service lifts, loading bays and the hours the building allows moves. Send us those details by call or WhatsApp and we'll give you one quote, agreed up front, with no surprise line items.
Can you move a small office or just a few desks?
Yes. For a small office or a few desks, we send a lean crew and the right-sized truck, so you're not paying for a full office relocation.
Do you provide storage during a relocation?
Yes. We offer short or long-term storage, with everything inventoried so nothing gets lost. It helps if your new office isn't ready on moving day. Mention your dates when you ask for a quote and we'll include storage in it.
