How much does it cost to move one item?
Each job is quoted individually, because the price depends on the item and the move. The main factors are the size and weight of the piece, the distance between the two addresses, whether it needs dismantling, and access at both ends: floors, stairs, lifts and parking for the truck. Send a photo and both addresses on WhatsApp and we'll give you one quote, agreed up front, with no surprise line items.
Can you pick up furniture I bought online or from a seller?
Yes. Send us the seller's address and a photo or the listing, and agree a pickup time with the seller. We'll collect the item, wrap it and deliver it to your place. Pay the seller directly; we only handle the move.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Wardrobes, beds, tables and other large pieces are taken apart when they need to be, moved, and put back together in the room you choose.
Can you deliver furniture on the same day?
Sometimes. It depends on whether a crew and truck are free, and on access at both addresses, as some buildings need a move permit arranged in advance. Call or WhatsApp with a photo of the item to check availability.
Is my furniture insured?
Yes, your furniture is covered while it's in our care. Ask us for the details of the cover when we quote, so you know exactly what's included before moving day.
