Most buildings have their own rules for moves. Getting these four things settled early keeps moving day on schedule.
Move permit
Ask building management for a move-out permit at your current building and a move-in permit at the new one. Apply early, as approval can take time.
Service lift
Book the service lift for your move so the crew isn't sharing a passenger lift with residents.
Allowed time slot
Check which days and hours the building allows moves. Many limit them to set windows, and we'll plan around yours.
Truck parking
Ask where a moving truck can park and load, and whether it needs a pass or a booking at the gate.

How much does an apartment move in Dubai cost?
Every apartment move is quoted individually, because the price depends on the job. The main factors are the size of the apartment and how much is moving, the distance between the two addresses, whether you want us to do the packing, and access at both buildings: the floor, the service lift and parking for the truck. Send us those details by call or WhatsApp and we'll give you one quote, agreed up front, with no surprise line items.
Do you handle building move permits, or do I?
The permit is usually arranged by the resident with building management, because it's tied to your tenancy or ownership. Tell us the slot your building approves and we'll schedule the crew around it. If the building asks for details from the moving company, we'll provide them.
Can you move me on the same day?
Sometimes. It depends on whether a crew and truck are free, and whether your building allows a move that day. Most buildings need a permit arranged in advance, so booking ahead is safer. Call or WhatsApp to check availability.
Do you provide boxes and packing materials?
Yes. Packing materials are included when we pack for you. If you'd rather pack yourself, mention it when you ask for a quote and we'll include the materials you need.
Can you move just a few items?
Yes. For a sofa, a wardrobe or a handful of boxes, we send a lean crew and the right-sized truck, so you're not paying for a full apartment move.
